Amity Hall Vista - Acrylic Impressionistic Plein Air Landscape Painting by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

Amity Hall Vista
8" x 10"
Acrylic on 300 lb watercolor paper
This painting was started plein air at the Amity Hall Boat Launch, along the Susquehanna River in Amity Hall, PA. It was a breezy, brisk day with many changes to the sky and lighting. The morning started off with clear skies and white cumulous clouds. I chose this sky because of the different light that it cast on the trees of the right hand shore line, and of course, a more dramatic looking sky. This painting can be put into a standard 8x10 frame or matted and framed to a larger size. Beautiful, Pat. It takes me right back to when we were painting there last week!
