Sunflowers - Acrylic Floral Impressionistic Plein Air Painting by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

7" x 5"
Acrylic on 300 lb watercolor paper
These two sunflowers were painted when I was out in a field of sunflowers at Ashcombe's Farm in Mechanicsburg, PA. It was an overcast day; without the encouragement of the sun, they could barely lift their heavy heads. It is painted on 300 lb watercolor paper and can fit into a standard 7x5 frame or matted and framed to a larger size. So fresh and lovely--just the way flowers should be.
