"Letort Rushing" By Debra Tritt Kreiger

"Letort Rushing" 5.5"x8.5" on 140lb paper
This was painted plein air looking down on the rushing water of the Letort waterfall as it prepares to meet the Conodoguinet Creek. What a beautiful November day we had. Every plein air painting is a challenge for me . I liked all the activity going on and the calm pool near the rocks. I think I captured the rush!

It is nice to see the finished painting for me, too. I like the color harmonies and how you softened some of masked areas. It's always fun to see how unique each artist's painting is when only painting a few feet apart. Great job.
