Fuller Lake in the Fall by Linda Young

copyright Linda Young,  Titled:  Fuller Lake in the Fall
9 x 12  Watercolor
This is the painting I did at the Fuller Lake when we had our recent picnic and membership meeting.  The tiny cabin was tucked away into the camoflage of the woods; but I spotted it and brought it into the focal point.  Many who came by to look hadn't even noticed the cabin that was actually built beside the lake.

Fuller Lake is ablaze with color and if you are new to this site and following our plein air group; a trip to the lake would be well worth your effort.

I hadn't noticed the cabin either. How observant of you. I love the bright colors!

Thank you Dianne and Clare. When I started painting this scene, there was a little light on the porch; within an hour they had turned it off. Fun day painting with everyone.

So neat to see everyone's interpretations of the lake and the fall colors!
