McKees half-falls.

My Plein Air pastel session on McKees half-falls.
I work on mounted Wallis paper starting with pencils sketch

 ...continuing with loose watercolor underpainting...

...and naturally finishing with soft pastels.

It was beautiful day and two hours of perfect painting time in unity with Nature.

I love it there!... And love the Amish produce store nearby too. Together is wonderful as long it is not too early. Early afternoon is perfect. You know... dogs. Plus I found out by experience - light is better there afternoon.
