Rockville Bridge

Painting the last hurrah of winter, before the ice and snow on the mighty Susquehanna is all melted. Julie Riker and myself painted at Fort Hunter Park north of Harrisburg. Here I am painting the Rockville Bridge.  Rockville Bridge at the time of its completion in 1902, was, and remains, the longest stone masonry arch railroad viaduct in the world.
