"Quiet Waters", pastel, Tatiana Myers.

Last several days I was lucky to be a part of unique event sponsored
by Pastel Society of America.
Our group flew to Mexico to get together in San Miguel de Allende
and paint together with my favorite pastel-guru - Richard McKinley.

In 2008 UNESCO recognized San Miguel de Allende and
the neighboring Sanctuary of Jesus de Atotonilco
as World Heritage of Humanity sites and we had
an opportunity to work on both locations.

Some of those paintings I'll post later, meanwhile I want to share one I did
in local botanical garden what is known there as
"Jardín Botánico"
Enjoy!

"Quiet Waters", 8 x 10"
Pastel. Plein Air.

Thank You, Cecelia!
It was such a pleasure to work on location in the mid-January and not to be cold! Whole trip was an amazing experience.
