"ELAINE'S PEACEFUL PLACE" An Original Pastel Painting by Clare Klaum SOLD

This was my first painting for the Plein Air Camp Hill Festival.  Tuesday was a lovely  sunny day.  This beautiful garden was on the outskirts of Dillsburg at the home of Elaine and Al.  They built their home and all the gardens and trees on their property 40 some years ago. They were such an amazing couple and I was so thankful to have such a beautiful place to paint.   Elaine planted this garden several years ago  to be a walkway for the Groom and groomsman to walk on the other side of the Rhododendrons where her daughters wedding was to take place.  They loved the painting and purchased it to be a lasting memory of this garden.
