COLORS ABOUND By Cecelia Lyden

This is my last painting in the Boyer's garden for this year. I caught these colorful lilies, looking beautiful in the bright sunshine,  before they faded. The season for lilies is just about over, and my neighbors informed me that they have no other large, multiple groups of flowers planned for the remainder of the summer. However, there is always next year, and I'll return with my easel and paints in the spring to witness and paint their beautiful array of azaleas, irises and other spring flowers.

Love the burst of colors from the variety of Day Lillies! So sorry I missed the peak of these beautiful flowers!
